Hello! I got a few fake mails of coinage and blockchain wallets. Don't click links in fake emails, your email account or your wallet will be hacked. So click links very carefully especially the links in fake emails. The best way to make your account secure is to copy and paste links in url bar and check the sender correctly. I hope no one will be hacked. Smiley

I know that I just wanted to see what sort of hidden links they are using or what phishing site, so that it can be reported and removed.

Yeah thank you for this. I wonder is any peoplehave fallen for such a scam though. Simple social engineering like that usualy succeeds on audiences that are not experienced with technology and most likely fall for it. People using bitcoin tend to be more familiar with technology, at least everyone I know should be able to recognise a real email from a phising one.

Thankfully most semail filters get spoofed emails and put them into spam filters or maybe don't siplay them at all. But I agree that this could be exploited.

Can you show those emails, what sort of links and messages they contain so others can have better understanding of this.
Examples for fake emails:
From counbase,
Quote
Unauthorized sign in... Please verify.
From Blockchain,

Quote
Ghash.io sent you 0.19 BTC . Claim your reward

Quote
Please verify your wallet. There was some problems, so please changr your password.

A link will be there. When you click it you will be redirected to coinbase or blockchain but your password or btc will be stolen. If you find a suspicious mail, then just point your mouse pointer towards the link and you can see the link in the bottom left corner. Try to avoid qnd delete such mails.

I got a couple claiming that someone is sending me Bitcoins and when I clicked on the link it asked me to login to my wallet. Well I decided logging in wasn't a good idea and the website didn't quite look authentic enough.
