Do not do any business with FastestCoins.com as they are a complete scam site.
What they do is have victims sign up to buy bitcoins from them.
They then go to LocalBitcoins.com and open a Buy order for the same dollar amount with a legitimate seller.
When the seller gives them his bank account information for the cash deposit, the crooks at FastestBitcoins forward this information on to their victim and ask him to go make the cash deposit, into what he believes is the FastestCoins account.
Once the deposit is made, the LocalBitcoins.com seller releases the Bitcoins to FastestCoins.com and they keep their free BTC, while the victim loses his cash deposit and now thinks the LocalBitcoins.com seller whose bank account he deposited cash into is the person who ripped him off.
