Gridseedasic.com (Producer of Scrypt Mining Hardware) unresponsive...? Scam?

did anybody of you notice that

http://cloudmining.hash-master.com/5-mh-scypt-mining-contract-4.html
  (both showing the same USA address at their websites
  6901 Hayvenhurst Ave Suite
  Van Nuys, CA 91406)
seem to not be reactive anymore   

I placed an order (no.4462) and paid 1.2852 BTC  3/JUN and never heard anything from them after. I sent them 3 emails, one from another mail address to circumvent any possibly rigid spamfilter,
No reply to emails nor to my phone calls to 1-408-646-8452 (phone mailbox message: "this mailbox is full")

I placed an order for a 5MH contract with http://cloudmining.hash-master.com, too - but luckily due to a order processing mistake I didn't reach the step to pay.
 

Any experiences?
Is Gridseedasic.com a scam?

Just to update this.
I had a friend from USA call them and email them - they didn't get back in touch but anyhow voilà I received an email with a tracking code. 2 weeks after placing the order and being afraid what's going on.
I don't understand why they don't communicate, but let's hope they do deliver.
