I am just wondering, is it even possible to build new mining pool in these days?
Because from what I can understand people will not use pool:
- which has not clients (+- 0 H/s)
- nobody use it or it is used only by owner
- nobody has experience with stability and reliability etc.
What can make you to use new "empty" mining pool and maybe what you are missing on current pools?

Only reason to use a pool with a new pool is better features, because we simply won't know if it's stable, so if you charge the same as coinking.io and offer the same product, nobody will use yours because coinking is reputable and has the same features.
Innovate, or just start small and try to gain trust & become experienced, and innovate down the road.
