No shares and wrong hash rate

I was trying to setup a mining pool with mpos. I have got all the things rolling, when i mine, its accepting shares, the shares are getting logged into the database, but on mpos page the shares do not increase. Also the mpos is showing less speed than my acctual speed. What to do?
