Looking for a caravan for BTC

I am from Bulgaria and I know that the most cheap and quality caravans are in Holland. This is the country with most caravans on a single person
I would love to spend little on a good caravan even it is old.  You have an offer for caravan for me? I can come as far as Holland  to buy it. What are the legal taxes and other fees? You can propose a good site for caravans also. I am willing to pay up to 1200-1300 Euro for it .
