The only reason I say it is a prototype is that it is the first one I made(yes it works) and it has 2 tiny scratches on the casing of it (doesn't effect anything at all , you barely notice them) Asking 9btc, around $40ish USD(paypal) only ship to the USA. This is cheaper then paying someone to replace it and it even amplifies the sound more then the audio jack, my only warning though is that the volume on it resets when ever you put it in or take it out so it's a little loud until you turn down the volume.
