I'm just curious, what were some of the top IPOs in terms of BTC invested?

We know of MaidSafe and Bitshares, and the upcoming Ethereum.

Just wondering what else has been done and what is considered to be an average IPO per launch and what is considered to be way too much.

What is also a fair IPO price?

I don't think there is a consensus. For example, I personally believe that no IPO is justifiable. Some others tolerate them, but only until you take it too far. Some others love them.
