Is their any proof that these people even have any hashing hardware at all?

I'm quite weary of these "cloud mining" sites these days. It truly appears that alot of them are just nicely planned ponzi esque schemes.
Unfortunate there is no way to tell if this is a legitimate cloud mining service or not.. But my 0.02 BTC is going to guess that it likely isn't.

I would suggest you to advertise it on hashtalk.ch, since this kind of service is more welcomed there than here
Be aware though that GAWCEO (now MrCEO) might ask the community if they heard something about legitimacy of the service as he recently asked about some other obvious fly by night scam...
