Ok, I'll be the first too admit - chute boxe isn't the dominating force it once was, however, this particular dvd series has some solid instructional value. The Rua brothers ( Shogun & Ninja ) put this series together when they were both in their prime. The six volumes cover the various ranges and positions in mma, there's some flashy shit too, but you will find something to integrate into your game.
