Adding a worker (Dead)

I would like to add another worked but when I try to "Register New Working" on the mining.bitcoin.cz website it always shows as "Dead" on the S1 Antminer. I created a new account and used the worker from that to add as the second pool but its not moving at all. I would like to use 1 account with 2 workers but is that possible?

Yeah, it is possible. I recommend you to mine on p2pool node for better profit. A good p2pool node - minefast.coincadence.com . You can mine there.
