Out of the 3 cards you stated, I would select the 750 Ti. It's power efficient and hashes good for it's level of gpu power. But if you have the funds to afford a 280x, I would go for that instead.

good thing about 750ti is that they run very silent too, because of the low wattage, i can almost put it in my bed and sleep with my rig, not healthy though lol

Tell me about it lol. Got a 7990 for gaming before I got into mining. Compared to that 750's are silent. If I could do it all over again I'd fill a rig or 2 with 750ti's and never have to worry about heat or noise

750s are not worth it to resell for gamers, but probably better for heat and electricity usage.  In the long run they would be more efficient.  Short term mining get a 270.

Depends on your budget and electric costs.  If you have a lot of money and low power costs, multiple 280x's are the best way to go.  If you have limited funds or high electric costs, the 750ti will get you by, and later you can always upgrade.  But if you are going to mine ltc, doge, or other scrypt coins, an asic is by far the best way to go.  See my sig below to check them out.
