I cannot complete the payment on the order ( 3000$ left on the bill) ive paid the other 7k already.

You pay for my account then you would have to complete the payment to receive the miner.

I don't believe Alpha will allow the switching of Pre-orders from one account to another, however, I can give you my account. The account allows change to Name, E-mail(also the login,) Billing Address(Shipping Address,) and password.

I can get proof of the purchase if needed.
