Hello everyone,

I would like to warn the community of C-Cex.com who are trying to pull of a MTGox on me having "misplaced" 358.5 or my darkcoins (or $5368.99 at the time of the transaction) after withdrawing them from my account to Bitfinex.
It has now been 6 days since my coins have been gone and all that C-Cex has found to say about the matter was something about a "cold wallet" without giving any more details and blaming me for what they call "threatening them" when I brought this matter to Twitter warning people of using their exchange.
I have involved my lawyer to solve the issue, hopefully they will come to their senses and "find" my coins if not then we'll take action against them.

Thanks for reading.

Sounds like they may be having some trouble on their end with a technical issue.  Guess they didn't like the way you chose to handle your frustration with lost funds.  I'd suggest trying to communicate with them even though that action may get you nowhere..  Do your best to show you tried to communicate with them and fix the problem and they failed to help sort out the issue multiple times which is clearly unprofessional behavior.

From the info you've posted i think your funds will turn up just try and stay calm and don't give them any reason to say your in the wrong.  Try and keep things as simple as transparent as possible.  Good luck getting back your funds.

Have they told you more yet?
I want to sign up and use them for something but this isnt appealing Sad
I signed up to a few exchanges last night to buy some not alt coins, I  won't name them but 2 i signed up both had issues when I did a test deposit. I think the same person runs a few sites.
