You can now use our new 'deposit' API for processing your MtGox Codes.
https://bitfloor.com/docs/api/rest#deposit

This will allow certain types of arb trading to happen faster and hopefully lead to better prices on Bitfloor.

We will be adding the other side (withdraw to MtGox) soon.
