Just out of curiosity I was trying to find this out but couldn't find a way. I'm just curious how long it took to confirm both the fastest and the slowest payment (since most places requires 6 confirmations)

Whatever historical value you would get it would not say anything about the future.
What we do know is that the network is design to generate one block every 10 minutes.
So on average it will take 60 minutes for 6 confirmations.

That I know... But I've seen blocks taking more than 1 hour to be generated, just curious what was the worst (and best) case that happened yet.
No real use, just curiosity.

So what was the longest and fastest 6 blocks ?

I am sure the longest case involves the genesis block. Smiley
The genesis block (block #0) was created on 2009-01-03 18:15:05 while the the block #6 was created on 2009-01-09 03:29:49.
