We've decided to offer our consulting services to the forum. We charge a rate that is actually worth what it costs. We don't mark-up stupid things and we wont nickel and dime you to death. However, we do offer recommendations for hosting providers when developing a custom solution. I want to be extremely clear about this: We do *not* make a penny off what host you choose and we do not collect a fee based on who you choose. You'd receive the same volume discounted price that we receive. Works out beautifully, we get our servers installed for cheap, so do you!

We have several stellar references from inside and out of the Bitcoin community and unlike most companies, we do provide resumes of the technician or team of technicians assigned to your case. Most technicians have worked for a plethora of hosting companies for 6+ years. There's not much we haven't seen!

8a. Monthly System Updates and Upgrades
1. By allowing us to manage your system updates and upgrades you free yourself up to do whatever it is that you do. It's not uncommon for a new version of a program completely change its configuration syntax. This leaves you with a potential 2000 line configuration that needs every line changed. Alongside the syntax problems, automated upgrades rarely educate you on new features and how they may benefit you. We research all updates applied and make sure if there's a new feature that will benefit your configuration in some way, we will verify it works, actually provides a gain and enable it on your server.
8b. Security (This service is only offered for Linux, FreeBSD, Solaris and never Windows of any version)

2. Kernel based hardening with GRSec, OpenWall or custom kernel modules)
3. Userland based hardening includes protection from local denial of service attacks, file permission lockdowns, etc.

1. Custom investigation of troublesome programs, configurations, errors, etc. Upon a contract being finalized, we will research the program ourselves free of charge to you. Once we've learned all we can about it, we will go ahead and attempt to diagnose and fix the issue you're having.
9. Software/Issue/Service NOT LISTED!
9a. Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding any issue you might have! When contacting about a custom issue please include as much relevant information as possible. (OS to be installed on, Hardware configuration, Software and version to be installed,link to the vendors site, if you've attempted installation/configuration/etc so far, how far did you make it, what errors did you encounter, etc.

Please note, the list above is only the *most common* issues we deal with. We absolutely love coming up with advanced custom solutions for customers.

Please also note, we do offer 24/7 support for issues/errors/crashes/etc. Our 24/7 support gives you direct contact to the technician who performed your work (Email, IM, Mobile, HomePhone). With this contact, we guarantee a response within 20 minutes. The issue is free if you don't get a response from the Technician alerting you they've put the coffee on and are looking into your issue. We just ask that you go easy on the home phone. Contrary, to popular belief, nerds do have wives and girlfriends.
