Will pay generously above market value at .25 a coin. Been looking everywhere and I can't seem to find any. Will gladly send first via Paypal if seller has good account. Thank you.

Scam... Dont do any transaction thru paypal. He can say he didnt get the item and reverse charges. Find someone both parties trust and do the transaction that way.

Paypal is most of the time a guaranteed scam. The only way I interacted with Paypal in the crypto world was when I bought some BTC back in the day in Virwox. My ass still hurts from the fees.

Paypal shouldn't be accepted for virtual transactions anymore as the risk of chargebacks is high.
