[Done, got it already with btc-e administrator]

I have Liberty Reserve, Need Btc-e code.

amount around 1.7k, rate 1:1.
lr fee is on you, so if you agree to exchange all lr in 1 time, you will save some fee.

if you are not so popular here, you will have to go first.

Who is the btc-e admin ?

IIRC, it was "dev". I saw the transaction being requested and confirmed in the btc-e.com chat, by the two parties involved.
