When directly spamming yes I agree.  When people refuse to actually interface about an issue and discuss it.  Instead reply with an "I have to go back to work and I'm going to sie your ass" then delete all posts with valid points of discussion.  Then they've cast themselves in a bad light.

Notice how none of them reply to topics outside of their moderated thread?

They are very nazi like in how they approach trying to censor or minimize inconvenient information which is why this all spilled into the main forum anyway.

how ?

they nuked my Dan is Prom topic and that had Dan threatening STATING he is actively trying to sue me.

and you guys have since denied it and called me a liar etc etc
the public is shocked when they here that !
and how do i prove it ?

Further more.. Bittrex offered a refund why ?

When the reason is because self moderated threads are too cowardly to face the truth head on to discuss it in an open format then yes.  It is evidence that you are bringing up something they don't wish to deal with.
