I herein would like to share that 92 mBTCs vanished from my cex.io account. On 22-July-2014, 20:03, I sold some of my GHs; a sufficient amount to make a 92 mBTCs withdraw and pay for the withdrawal fee. After completing the procedures for the withdraw order, my money just vanished. No sign of my 92 mBTCs at the receiving wallet...(no, I did not type the address letter/number-by-letter/number). No sign of my 92 mBTCs at my Balance on cex.io. I tried to check Blockchain like I always do...no sign of the transaction. I tried to check the withdraw link under Transactions at Balance...it is not working at all. Then, I tried to check all transactions link...the list was populated, but there is no log of my 92 mBTCs withdraw. Before somebody asks me...yes...I have download the CSV file and the log is there, but there is no data regarding the receiving address. Summarizing, there is a obvious malfunctioning of my cex.io account, which resulted in a financial lost and more important a major disruption of my confidence.

I have been exchanging e-mails with Cex.io support. They always reply me, but they are not solving the problem. The fact the screen log doesn't match the CSV file logs ALONE is a clear sign of malfunctioning of cex.io platform.

Now the worse part...I am afraid of using my cex.io account. I still have a reasonable amount of GHs there, but given the malfunctioning of the platform, specially the withdraw process, my lost is potentially much larger than 92 mBTCs.

I am still waiting a solution from cex.io support time...request (28212). In the mean time, I recommend extremely caution to cex.io current users. And to all other BTCs enthusiasts considering cloudmining, I recommend to avoid the cex.io cloud mining provider. I know those are strong words, but I am living a nightmare here.

minimum withdraw 0.01 and you will get high fee with them normally fee 0.0001 or maximum 0.0005 but with cex.io you got fee 0.001 thats really big  . you must have more than 0.012 to withdraw . or maybe to need  contact customer support to helps you out . about it .
good luck withdraw your btc.
