I read an article yesterday that was extremely helpful but I cannot find it anymore.

It spoke about how to keep your wallets and how the term wallet is really just the same as someone calling it your private key.

There was a link for a download on the article, it was to download a version of linux. The article also explained how to make linux into an ISO file and use it on a DVD or a flash drive as a boot disk.

If anyone has read this article or know what I am referring to, please PM me or write it down in the replys.

Thank you very much.

This is not your article, but it's a good resource on this forum about wallet security. It may help answer some of your questions.

How did you find the article you're seeking in the first place? Was it a search on the forum? Was it a search on Google? etc...

About the Linux part, you can download many iso versions of Linux and just burn into a DVD, then booting from DVD to a live section.

Or make a USB bootable disk.

Some tutorials I found about that:

You should try using a search engine to find the article.  Try an use key words and unique terms that might help bring up the thread or article your looking for also using dates might make it easy on you to narrow the options given.
