I bet North Korea faked that for Kim. It is his birthday this days so they make litlle firework with fission device and claim that it is H-bomb. Anyway, if we dont stop them, they will have H-bomb sooner or later and that will be huge problem.

korea is one country and jewmerica occupies most of it

Be radical, have principles, be absolute, be that which the bourgeoisie calls an extremist: give yourself without counting or calculating, don't accept what they call ‘the reality of life' and act in such a way that you won't be accepted by that kind of ‘life', never abandon the principle of struggle.

Hard to believe they managed to do this when they struggle to even generate enough electricity to even run their country. Not like they would be able to send it very far even if they have created it, not so good for south korea though.

Korea is not 1 country anymore and hasn't been since like 1905.
A good example is we are free to trade with the Country of South Korea
It is illegal to trade with the Country of North Korea.

Without a working delivery system, they'll only succeed in destroying themselves.

Smiley

Perhaps a working delivery system is not part of their plan. I wouldn't be surprised if they'd use a Trojan horse.

With Nuclear Test, North Korea’s Leader Asserts Role of Instigator

SEOUL, South Korea — The young leader of North Korea, Kim Jong-un, has often been dismissed as inexperienced, erratic and even clueless. But with the North’s test of a nuclear bomb this week, Mr. Kim appears to have mastered a strategy that has served his reclusive country well: playing one big power against another.

The nuclear test quickly increased tensions between the United States and China. In a strong rebuke on Thursday, Secretary of State John Kerry called China’s approach to North Korea a failure, saying that something had to change in its handling of the isolated country it has supported for six decades. On Friday, China suggested that it was the Americans, not the Chinese, who were largely to blame for the North’s nuclear program.

The United States also used the North’s test to tighten a trilateral alliance with Japan and South Korea in the region, a relationship that China has long viewed as a check on its power.

“This is exactly what North Korea wanted,” said Go Myong-hyun, a research fellow at the Asian Institute for Policy Studies in Seoul. “If its erratic behavior drives South Korea closer to the United States, China will feel more surrounded, and that will give North Korea room for maneuver."

Pyongyang has often lashed out when it felt ignored, especially by the United States, using threats and provocations to force its opponents to engage in dialogue or offer inducements, like badly needed aid or a peace treaty to formally replace the Korean War armistice.

based on the waveform the seismic event produced, there is little doubt that the event was a hydrogen bomb test.

source: http://ds.iris.edu/ds/nodes/dmc/tools/event/5170265

compare that waveform to a waveform produced by an actual earthquake: http://rev.seis.sc.edu/earthquakes/2016/01/06/01/28/22

waveform of a 4.5 earthquake near santa maria, Columbia

No not necessary, it's more likely an Atom bomb rather than a hydrogen one, it takes insanly amout of ressources to move from an Atom bomb to a hydrogen bomb for a first timer, the other thing is that the only country that is in danger is South korean for now, as the size of these devices is impractible for now but in a decade it won't be the case.

Even if we ignore the fact that it will be a sitting duck in a shooting galery, and even if I know you are trolling, but does N.K has even a plane capable for doing the trip to the west coast of the US?

Nuclear weapons are a hoax, the real weapon if there really is one is some kind of other technology like HAARP. All the world leaders are in bed with one another and the media lies about everything.

notbatman you are one f*cking hilarious dude, do you have twitter or any other social media accounts that I can follow?

Well, if they set one of them off in NK, it would open up some jungle land for farming.

You don't need a thermonuclear design to construct megaton-class explosive devices. With radiation implosion it's possible to create plutonium-based nuclear devices which can have yield up to 1.6 MT. Such yield exceeds that of the majority of thermonuclear devices, e.g. W88 or SS-18.

The only benefit of modern thermonuclear devices is significantly lower amount of radioactive fallout, because 1.6 MT plutonium device will be similar to the full version of Tsar-bomb in terms of radioactive fallout. If you don't care about fallout then you don't need a thermonuclear design.

It is not necessary to hit the US land. They can hit the sea and create tsounami.

http://www.cnn.com/2016/01/05/asia/north-korea-seismic-event/index.html
http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2016-01-06/north-korea-says-it-conducted-successful-nuclear-bomb-test

seismic activity rating a 5.1 on the richter scale was detected near north korea earlier, followed by a claim that they (NK) had successfully detonated a hydrogen bomb.
although there are no confirmations of this being a real hydrogen bomb, it does reignite tensions with the possibility of nuclear tech. not to mention, for the past decade, since north korea's nuclear development tests were initiated (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_nuclear_weapons_tests_of_North_Korea) the 'tests' have been getting stronger and stronger, all originating from the same test location.

they may actually have developed a hydrogen bomb this time around. WW3 might be a possibility within this lifetime with this development.

north korea is talking through its ass. i dont believe that it has such technology.
