Gambia, I wonder whether they will be able to sell the donated BTC over there. Anyone some insight into that?
There are a few buyers and sellers in Gambia on localbitcoins:

Edit; Just saw that the buyers are based abroad.
Would it be possible for people in Gambia to open up an account at one of the bigger exchanges? Also selling BTC with PayPal seems like an awful idea, especially to someone abroad. A chargeback is effectively guaranteed!
I tried registering an account with Gambia as the chosen country on Bitstamp, and it worked! So probably that's no problem!
