BTT: take responsibility to protect BTT investors' rights and interests

Nowadays, many coin-maker scam、runaway or lie to BTT investors, It's not a good thing for all of us . This may ruin the coin market or even ruin the BTT forum.   It's time for BTT to take action to confirm and announce the coin-maker's identity. People may says ,one man can get several different identity cards . Yes ,It's true . But BTT can try to ensure the coin-maker's credibility through BTT account level, cellphone's confirming information, together with Identity card and other useful information.  This is the least way BTT should do now... Take responsibility to  protect BTT investors rights and interests
