Nothing unusual.

The value of the "BestShare" column would start to calculate  after runing a few hours.

Anyone know of a detailed explanation for all of the columns?

I have the Bitmain S3 manual but it doesn't explain what each column is.

For example, I don't know a lot about mining so I'd want to know the reason that the discarded column is higher than other columns?

Cheers.

That column is meaningless, it shouldn't even be displayed.

Read cgMiner manual. Google it. Everything is there.
