What do you think are the most important points to include in the bitcoin regulatory framework?

What about existing anti-money laundering status to digital currency transactions? Bitcoin should be regulated through this type of regulatory?

The European Banking Federation (EBF) recently has made some recommendations about bitcoin regulation, have a look:
