Thanks for sharing.
Even without reading this article I know why that guy should be jailed.

We all know that he was up to steal mt.gox's traders coins.

He already has a criminal record after some frauds.
Mt gox crash was planned but he didn't recon that people will chase him and their coins.

He was drinking his Frappuccino while his traders were dealing with their mt.gox issues.

He should repay traders or go to jail.
