https://www.spendbitcoins.com/convert/bitcoins-to-australian-bank-account/ allows you to change your bitcoins into AUD in your bank account, https://www.spendbitcoins.com/convert/australia-post-loadgo-reloadable-visa/ allows you to reload an Australia Post Load&Go Reloadable Visa & https://www.spendbitcoins.com/convert/pay-bills-australia/ allows you to Pay Bills. Rates are Mt Gox USD spot rate converted to AUD at mid-market rate.
I sold spendbitcoins.com in July 2014.
