I think saying the world burns is a bit of an exageration. The media always play up stuff like this. Yes, there's a lot of fucked up shit going on, but there is every other day of the year. Not like he would do much about it just sat in the Whitehouse anyway.

In a perfect world yes, but the optics of this are just bad. Bush 2 had similar criticisms. Camp David might be a better choice when there are crises unfolding around the world.

It depends in which country you are at - most of the people on this forum are in a peaceful country at the computer I think. Even politicians need a holiday sometimes - and behind the scenes, the secret service controls the country anyway.

I think he is wanting to allow illegal immigrants into our country as this makes him look good in the eyes of legal immigrants, giving them more reasons to vote for his party in the midterms and the next presidential election.
