This is an IPO for Student Removals Netherlands. We are setting up a subcompany to an already operating removal business and we would like to offer you a unique chance of bringing cryptocurrencies to everyday life like never before. In the case of a successful IPO we will be able to offer removal services to 2 million Finns and to 16 million Dutch.

Currently we're operating in Finland but we are planning to expand our operations to the whole Europe, beginning from the Netherlands. Today we offer our services only in fiat but tomorrow we aspire to offer them also in cryptocurrencies. The currencies that will be accepted will be first Bitcoin , NXT and NEM (after launch).
We believe that the biggest problem in the widespread adaptation of cryptocurrencies is that you cannot easily use them in the everyday life. Just imagine that your nearest grocery store or the pizza delivery guy would accept cryptocurrencies. We will be able make that possible in the removal industry since we offer removal services to 2 million Finns, and when we begin our operations in the Netherlands we will be able to offer them to 16 million Dutch. Our story and an introduction to the mother company

Story

Student Removals Finland was established in response to the poor situation in the home removal industry in Finland. In 2010 we learned how badly things can go with home removals. The following year we founded Student Removals Finland because we believed that home removals could be done both inexpensively and diligently.

Besides of a lucrative business Student Removals Finland is also a cause. We mainly aim at employing students and providing them with a reliable source of income during their studies. We wish to provide our employees with a good work environment and in the future they will also have the possibility of doing an indenture in the field of logistics. The first indenture programs will start this fall.

During the three years of its operation Student Removals Finland has grown its business strongly and we have diversified it according to our customers' needs. Currently we have done well over 1500 removals and we employ 18 people.

Our Business

Our objective is to provide home removals that are inexpensive and carried out diligently in the Helsinki metropolitan area. We have succeeded in this because more and more of of are removals are booked based on the recommendations of our previous customers. The next fall we will start training truck drives through an indenture program, for supporting the youth is our most important value and what determines our long term strategy.

Our range of utilities has grown since the beginning and currently we offer cleaning services after removals, packaging services, sales of packaging materials, leasing of moving boxes and, of course, removals. The most popular utilities besides removals are the purchasing of packaging materials and the leasing of moving boxes.

Our sales have grown strongly during our time of operation. Nevertheless, we believe that the growth will continue more pronounced with the invested capital. In 2012 our sales were 165,000€, in 2013 they were 335,000€ and our prediction for 2014 is 500,000€. Our depot is located in Helsinki along with our office and our storage facilities. We operate with 3 trucks and currently we're in the process of purchasing the fourth truck.

Investing in Student Removals Netherlands

We are operating a profitable business in Finland and we would like to bring its model and brand to the Netherlands. Our concept works great and we are affirmative that we will be able to form a profitable business elsewhere in the Europe. We have the know-how and the knowledge to build a profitable removals company. Furthermore, we will bring cryptocurrencies to the everyday life of all of our customers and thus increase their visibility. There is a lot of buzz going around cryptocurrencies but no major industries, besides some in the technology industry, have adopted the use of cryptos in their everyday business. We will be able to bring cryptocurrencies into the logistics industry, where they have not yet established their position.

We will release a total of 1 million SRN assets in the NXT asset exchange each priced 4 NXT in exchange for 40% of the company. Our investors will have the chance to invest in our company as an anonymous or an identified shareholder. What this means is that upon forming the company and its articles of association we will offer all the IPO participants the chance of being legally incorporated in the company. So if you choose so you can become a regular shareholder in the business just like in any other company, or if you wish to stay anonymous you can do so by just owning the released assets in the NXT asset exchange. Upon the agreed date when dividends are paid we will send the according amount of NXT’s to the account that holds the asset.

10% of the company equity will be available for purchase via bitcoin. The rate will be 7 BTC for 1% of the company and the minimum investment will be 0.1 BTC. We will offer the stakeholders a chance to participate in the company’s operation if they wish to do so. We will hold regular skype conferences to willing participants. The IPO will last until 14 October and after its end we will contact the stakeholders for further information.

Uses of funds and financial estimates

The funds will be used to start the removal operation in the Netherlands. We will purchase 2-3 trucks, moving boxes and rent office and storage facilities, and begin the marketing. The estimated cost of setting up the company will be 100,000€ and it is possible that in the case of the IPO not gathering that amount that the mother company will provide the remaining funds.
