LibrexCoin's Android wallet?

This seems a big deal? At least its being posted as such. Is it? Blackcoin has an android wallet as do others. Only difference I can see from whats posted about this one is that it "stakes" pos coins. The other Android wallets don't?   I'm looking to buy more of their coins but not sure if this is a good reason to do so. Do you think it will make its price rise a lot?  So far it has a little.
