I've tried VirVox, hence why I am. Everyone says PayPal is risky, there are ways to secure ones' funds.

I heard at virvox you can only buy a few amount with paypal, like 60 USD worth which is terrible.  I dont know how they are in business with these kinds of trades

no thats the DAILY limit  the monthly limit is 180$ based on your account level! after 1 or 2 weeks the limit will increase
