Harmony Poll

I don't care which choice people pick. I will do either in a heartbeat. I know there will be angry people either way, I wish I could please everyone.

Basically there are three options:

1. Give 5.5btc ICO funds to escrow who the community chooses
2. Give 5.5btc to Sidiberd to lead the coin
3. Do partial refunds for ICO investors, then work with investors who invested up until 7/1 (rate for original investors is 1000sat) Can't offer more because I only have the 5.5btc and everyone who deserves it needs to be refunded.

This is the new poll, so please answer here. Whichever choice is chosen, I am not liable for what happens afterwards. If I give the money to Sidi or an escrow and the coin fails or they run away, I am not liable to do refunds after that and will not.

I am happy to do whatever the community wants though, that is why I came back, to rectify the situation.

One more note, if the escrow is chosen, I believe Sidiberd should be awarded 1.3btc from the escrow because if the tor he delivered is working then he deserves it.
