PerfectMoney - Webmoney - PayPal -  Skrill - Okpay  Egopay - MoneyPak - Ukash - Cashu


Can someone in canada buy or use those?
Which one of those is most suitable for someone in Canada to buy, in order to buy bitcoins with it?

I see people buying bitcoins with moneypak for example.
should I go and try to get some moneypak to buy bitcoins with, then?
Or what is the best way to buy bitcoins? ( and avoid the idiotic verifications of the websites preferably )
Will they allow me to buy moneypak when I live in canada, or how do I get around that?
