Can't receive confirmation email from bittrex.com

I run into this issue today, my BTC can't be withdrawed since I can't receive confirmation email, I tried many times and log a ticket, it still doesn't work, anyone has the same issue? my email address is @qq.com, is there any problems with this platform?

I have the same problem with mail.com now! And support can't fix it...

Sometimes email providers set as spam automated sent emails, you have to check the spam folder just in case. If not then use another email provider and try again.

1. I turned off spam rules and filter
2. I add brittex.com to white list
3. I spoke with all supports of those services

p.s. strange it is that 2 days ago all process withdraw was ok and letter comes in one minutes. now it not working.

problem was with my mail provider
p.s. choose big email provider like gmail or yahoo before register to bittrex
