Made a small Bitcoin withdrawal on Mar13, never received

Opened support ticket Mar14
 - support verified the w/d but did not know where it was.
Opened another unrelated ticked due to Casino sending to wrong deposit address
 - there's some more free money for Mt.Gox, BTW
Tickets were merged  Huh

Promises were made to find my withdrawal each day through the 17th
(No AML verification requests were made)

The support ticket was closed and thread locked.  Angry

No monies were received. Blockchain.info shows no inputs on the address used for w/d. There is nothing in my account.

Where's the money Mt.Gox? 10days is more than enough to process my money, no matter how large or small.

Can't (won't) use your service if I can't trust my money to be returned to me.

Depending on how small the withdraw was, it can take time to be accepted on the network. Since we do not have a system allowing us to add fees at this point, it can be long. We are working on various ways to improve this, however.
I think I saw a message from our support team asking for the status of that withdraw earlier today, I'll check that tomorrow at the office.

If that's what I think it is (funds sent back to originating address, which is not recommended), there's almost nothing any online wallet can do about that (actually we could add an option similar to green address to allow you to have your funds go through a deposit address allocated to your account first, but that'd be encouraging a practice which should be avoided). Your funds were most likely credited to another MtGox user (the input used for outgoing txs is usually the output of someone else's deposit).
We allocate users dedicated deposit addresses, however if bitcoins are sent to the wrong address, not much can be done about it (proving that coins sent to a different address are yours alone can be very difficult, if not impossible).

...unless, of course, said coins are tainted then, at this point, we'll know what to do.

LOL. If those coins were tainted, it's 'cuz Gox tainted 'em themselves. I had those in there before the last heist  Grin But....the thought had crossed my mind.

MagicalTux, Thank you very much. I hate to bring it up here, but the fact that your support staff had closed the ticket was pretty disturbing, regardless of the amount of the w/d (which is essentially insignificant)

Mostly it's important to know that their staff won't just ignore a customer, even if the amount of money is negligible.

Edit: P.S. I know I'm not supposed to use the wrong bitcoin deposit address. I had no knowledge that the stupid casino would return the BTC to the sending address (or I'd have sent from my own wallet!) I'm also aware you must have many people try to scam you in similar ways every day.
