He's selling a domain that has characters that LOOK like BTC.com but ARE NOT BTC.com.

Why don't you share the LONG string of characters someone would have to type into their computer to reach this domain?

Ah forgot that.. xn--b1a4ac is the punycode for this domain.. But this really doesn't matter because this is Russian characters so can be typed easily with keyboard.. BTC characters are available on Russian keyboard..

Also, as I said earlier this will appear as

BTC Dot COM in search results..
Email@BTC Dot COM if email id created ..
also in social networks it will appear as BTC Dot COM..

Google is positive about IDNs -

So the majority of the world will need to type xn--b1a4ac.com to access this.

Because anyone who "sees" your version of the domain... will type it into their computer and get directed to Josh Garza's new website (CEO of GAWMiners) which is the real BTC.com.

I agree Any IDN is not easy to remember, but still they are valuable.. There is far more than $1 Million turnover took place in IDN domain sales..

So someone who paid 2,16,000 for xn--80adxhks was silly?

There are more examples..

xn--gartenmbel-kcb sold for 214,500
xn--ock3dqb7a0b sold for 150,000
xn--stdtereisen-m8a sold for 104,325

and the list is huge..

I respect your opinion.. Have you met some people who have spent more than billion dollars on such domains ?? If not, then have a look  http://idntools.com/idnsales.php

xn--80adxhks = мocквa - Makes sense that the Russian "capital" name would fetch a ton of money.
xn--gartenmbel-kcb   = gartenmöbel - they had to use punycode to get the non-standard character into their domain name
xn--ock3dqb7a0b = ギャンブル
xn--stdtereisen-m8a = städtereisen - same reason as first one

Those domain purchase prices are VERY different types of domains than what you are trying to sell.  You are trying to sell a domain that LOOKs like something but IS NOT that thing that it looks like.

But I agree... I'm not into IDN domains... so there may be a market for your domain.  But any IDN seller really should be VERY upfront about the type of domain they are selling.
