I’m excited to share some important news with you about the Vaultbreaker and our ZenCloud customers. But before we get to that, I want to make a public statement to every supplier in this industry.
From this moment forward, the only way to succeed in this industry is to fight tooth and nail for your customer's ROI.
End of story.
If you cut corners and prioritize anything above meeting your promise to deliver on time and actually give miners a chance to ROI on their equipment (before you do!), then you're going to see your market share vanish before your eyes. Your customers will flee and take their hard-earned money to a company that deserves it.
Miners have options - you now live in a world where you have to fight to be one of them.
So please, all of you, send that message far and wide and make this clear: The era of false promises and profit mongering by ASIC companies is over.
So, on that note, let me introduce an important announcement to our Vaultbreaker customers before speaking on the upgrades we’ve made to ZenCloud.
Vault Breaker Hashing Power will be delivered early!
Vaultbreakers are in the final stage of fabrication. We’re looking to wrap up production in the coming weeks. But as we draw closer to release, we realized we could do something special for Vaultbreaker customers.
We have so much available output in our ZenMiner data center from A2s and proprietary Hashlet hardware that we can give you even earlier access your VB’s hashing power in ZenMiner while we wrap the final weeks of production. So I am proud to announce that we’re giving our Vaultbreaker customers, shipped and hosted, an exciting option:
Temporarily Convert your Vaultbreaker to A2s in ZenCloud
You’ll get access to your total VB/Mini hashing power (750MBs / 375MBs) within Zenminer from our A2s hosted in ZenCloud. Then once we finish VB fabrication, we’ll package and send batch 1 shipped orders and hosted customers, will have their A2s turned off and their VB’s spun up. During this time you’ll only pay the original fees listed when you ordered.
We’re incredibly happy to make this offer. But that being said, we know there will still be some pushback - especially given the amazing success of the Hashlet product launch.
In fact, VB customers have been very vocal about this. The common theme is if they knew ahead of time, they would have held off on their Vaultbreaker orders and purchased Hashlets instead.
We understand this must be frustrating. And we want to do something about it if we can.
Hashlet has been the most successful product we’ve ever launched for a reason. With zero pool fees, depreciating hosting costs, exclusive access to the most profitable multipool on earth, and coming features like changeable algorithms and more, Hashlets are the most advanced and future-proof miners in the world. I can’t tell you how many requests I have had from VB customers willing to send the extra $3000 it would take to convert a Vaultbreaker to a 750MB/s Hashlet, since that’s what it would cost to do.
All of this talk has made one thing clear. You don’t want to miss out on Hashlet or ZenPool
So I’m proud to announce a second option to all Vaultbreaker customers:
2) Convert your Vaultbreaker to Hashlets... Free!
You invested in your Vaultbreakers months ago, all while we were keeping Hashlet production tightly under wraps. We want to give you all the same benefits our newest customers are enjoying right now, without making you pay the price of us protecting our trade secrets.
But giving you what customers are getting today isn’t a some bonus. It should be the bare minimum!
That’s why we’re also waving the $3000 charge you’d pay to upgrade to a 750MBs Hashlet (and $1500 for a 375MBs Mini). It’s our way of saying “thank you” for believing in this company for so long!
The hosting cost are different for Hashets, so be sure to factor that in to your decision.
So here is the next step. All shipped and hosted Vaultbreaker/Mini customers will receive a notice Monday with instructions how to activate their hashing power either temporarily as A2s or by permanently upgrading to Hashlets for free. So stay tuned!

We’re adding these because we’re not just happy with ZenCloud being the best cloud hosted mining service in the world. We want ZenCloud to be the best mining platform in the world. So basically telling everyone to pick their game up or lose your customers as they NOW can deliver straight up with in hours NOT weeks or months as others
