This coin is one of a set produced by The London Mint Office. Bears a Birmingham 0.925 silver hallmark on the edge and LMO makers mark. It is enclosed in a plastic "Millionaires Collection" branded capsule, which is slightly worse for wear (missing a peg that holds the coin, but still works fine).
Coin has a small dink on the side where a fleck of gold plating has come off.
