Well, hope people don't fall for it and pay attention to who they're receiving it from and such.

Yeah and I'm starting to wonder how they archieve these emails

Maybe they just send emails to 100 of accounts and hopefully for them someone have really 1 account on blockchain 

or maybe someone dumped some bitcoin based forum

This didn't go to my spam inbox either, so to a beginner it may look legit.
