So I'm guessing you have an intersango account?
and you can log in and everything?
do you have a bitcoin wallet address where you want to coins sent to?
I would assume intersango would just have a "withdraw bitcoins" option in there somewhere. Haven't used it personally sorry.

Once you've logged in to intersango: Accounts -> Bitcoins -> Withdraw funds.
You just need to supply a valid Bitcoin address and the amount you want to withdraw.
You do have a Bitcoin address, right?

If you were using a newly installed client on your computer it probably hadn't finished downloading the block chain when you initiated your withdrawal, so it didn't appear until the download caught up to the block with your transaction.

If you have this problem again in the future you can use blockexplorer http://blockexplorer.com/ to check the address you used while you're waiting for the chain to download to confirm the transaction went through ok.

I can't believe this - you're doing this on purpose, aren't you? Grin

There are certain syntactic rules governing Bitcoin addresses and you better hope to god that your mistyped address is in violation of them because otherwise your coins aren't in Kansas anymore.
There is absolutely no way whatsoever to forcibly undo any Bitcoin transaction.
Gotta pay attention to what you're doing, man, and - for crying out loud - learn to use copy&paste.
