Hi all.
I have a question. I spend all day trying to exchange VISA PayPal to OKPay, Perfect Money.
Does any one know some easy way to exchange PayPal to BTC or maybe LTC ?
Or exchange PayPal, Visa to OkPay ?

Paypal n reverse able payment methods are pretty frowned upon generally. Especially with a low account such as your own!

For VISA, try truecoin.com or coin.mx, there are a couple of threads about them in "Service Discussion" section.
