Help with explaining Discarded tab in antminer S1 and S3

hi guys
I'm new to mining and all going very good.I own antimatter S1 and S3 but I notice something which is weird to me. this is "Discarded" tab in Miner Status Section.

in a pic looks like faster S3 have way more Discarded "points" then slower S1... is this bad or I'm just worrying to much? also I was looking for some post or something which can explain all tabs in antminer and they mining.

Discards are meaningless, so you can just ignore the values.  Also, I like how auto-correct turned "Antminer" into "antimatter" in your post
