We make our server's the MOST secure we can get them. We only allow SSH and FTP entry to the server, all else is blocked through the firewall. All SSH session's are Jailed and all SFTP are Chrooted for maximum security. Only you have access to your files. Like all Microtronix Services security is our main goal. There is no nGinx or apache running on our server and there is no MySQL running either, only the services needed for access to your files.

To sync on Windows you can use Backup Assist or Duplicati. Or you can use Windows 7 and above's FTP backup feature.

On Linux you can simply use rSync from the CLI or Duplicity from the CLI.
