Normally when newbies post something like this it's dumb. Your complaint was very well written Vikki. Kudos to you for that.

I believe that they did this to you, I've heard tons of horror stories about them.

Gambling is coined as risky investment. You took the risk. You paid for it. I think online casino owners are fair and just they do not want to have bad rep specially when they have a name to protect. The thing is betcoincasino is a reputable casino and they will not do anything to destroy their hard earned name.
