nah, leave him be

bitcorn made me laugh but there's people like bush, cheney, blair in this world who have fucked the world up no end

bitcorn is a professor who teaches students and doesn't harm anyone, plus I wouldn't want him to have last laugh and be right in next year or two!

I am Bonkers BTW

People have been making memes of him ever since he made that statement, I dont know what you are worried about. Humor is an important method to highlight old stuffy views and beliefs and helps humanity progress.

I think it is ok. The professor must pay the price for his reckless prediction and would Never do it again because people are getting smart, wouldn't trust him any more. A warning for other people who may tend to make such statement.

When you put yourself out there as a public [pseudo]intellectual -when you make claims about anything people care about, you subject yourself to potential mockery and scorn if/when you are proven wrong.

Anything one posts on the internet should be considered permanent public record. Sooner or later we must all reap what we have sewn.

Yes, you should make memes. Mercilessly. There is no ethical quandary here whatsoever. Remember always that doing so is in service of both truth, and more importantly, the lols.

Remember Aaron Swartz, a 26 year old computer scientist who died defending the free flow of information.

Is the correct meme bitcorn or blatchcorn?
