Hi guys/gals,

I'm looking to sell a few Ether in exchange for BTC.

Current market rate shall remain 1337 Ether = 1 BTC for the next 3 - 4 days.

Will try my luck selling @ 1500 ether / Btc for the next 4 days, but will raise price to match rise with official ethereum offering.

lol, you are asking so much, most probably 10x or even more, what Ether will value.

From what I understand, ether doesn't exist yet. So this is probably a scam.

ok i'm selling ETH in the other thread too... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=762079.0

and i have to say... i dont think its a scam....

i meet one of the guys behind it at a bitcoin meetup.

Ether is a "Bitcoin 2.0" protocol ( you can code with it ) or at least its gana be when they finaly perfect it.

anyway... hero member "saying i really don't thing ETH is a scam coin..."

take it how you will.

I think people may be wondering because the ether genesis block will not even be created till next year Smiley

Maybe you should explain that you are trying to sell an IOU for future ether. and that since you can still keep a copy, you could get the future ether and keep the payment too ...

Fully agree with you, we can't say what will be the price when it will on market,
Buying this time is really very risky investment because we don't know when will it will live on market.

I's not only that, if you buy a wallet now, you have to trust that the seller has not kept a copy.

Whoever redeems the wallet for ether first gets it. You could end up without ether and without the BTC you paid if the seller is dishonest.

There is not much I could say to convince you regarding me offsetting my transaction at a later date. Other than trusting me, as it is any trade like this when not done over an exchange risks getting defrauded.

That's just how it is risk is part of the game.

You'll have to use the system once to gain an understanding about how it works, the level of complexity obfuscates the demand in the free(p2p) market.

It is a next generation system brought together by this youngster (Butalik). Unlike cryptocurrencies, I've been mining for running my own Contract

program & will hold on to most of my ether. Currently I just want to test the market.
