This is a new idea I'm trying out...

Introducing The Small Bitcoin Lottery!

What Is It?

It Is a small bitcoin lottery, tickets are only 0.001, about $0.50 in USD, a very small amount. There will be a small jackpot, however if a lot of people play, the jackpot will become bigger! It is currently only a small amount, as both I and the people who are buying tickets, are only testing the waters.

How to play

First, send your bitcoin to this address: 1G5Ca1n5Wvcu1HwRVaFB6MzkyZTX1ibiby
Then, comment below with some proof that you paid. Your bitcoin address will be enough, just so I can check that you made the transaction. You can then choose your lucky number. However if your lucky number is already taken you will have to choose a different one.

Then, after a week, I will choose a lucky number with this tool: http://www.random.org/integers/ I will then generate a random number, and whoever has that number is the lucky winner! I will then transact the jackpot to their account. If by the end of this week, and you are the only one who has played, I will refund your money.

If you have any questions, comment below and I will answer them! Get your tickets now!

Current Jackpot: 0.001 BTC
Ending date: Sept 17 2014 (Pacific Time Zone)

I think this type of lottery can easily be cheated, you can yourself make an alt account and chose the number entered through that account.

How can you assure us? You're SAYING it, that's nowhere near proof in any way.

Could you suggest me a method to prove it then? Thanks

Escrow payments, plus the winner based on block hash found at specific time/date
The rule how to choose winner based on block hash must be know as well
