Yes I am new, no I don't have a reputation.  But I am a Verified Paypal business member in the US.

What I am really trying to accomplish is to get a Moneypak, but since it's very difficult to get a Moneypak with Paypal, it seems the best option for me is to buy BitCoins and sell them for Moneypaks.  So here I am.

I have ID's, Address's, Whatever you need to prove who I am.

Unfortunately the only people here who will sell for paypal to new members are mostly scammers expecting you to send first. After you do so, they will disappear. Mention escrow and they go silent, this is when you know it's a scammer for sure.

Hard to see legit seller who will take paypal. everyone here runs for it except the newbies.
if anyone promise instant or 24hrs service then he can be scam. with paypal you just have to be patient when transacting but I advice people deal with registered ecurrency exchange services.
